Noon: The happy couple and their families take up residency at Springbrooke Retreat.
Afternoon: Guests welcome to drop in any time. Swimming Pool and Tennis Court available, Decorating Party held in main hall.
6pm: BYO-Bar-B-Que on the patio. One large grill, several tubs of ice, some basic side dishes and condiments will be provided. Anyone wishing to join in is should bring something to put on the grill, and something to put in the ice. However, this is not an overly elaborate Pot Luck, please don't feel obliged to whip up the ol' feed-an-army-family-recipe-casserole or anything.
Evening: Hot Tub and Sauna open after dinner, Campfire stoked for dessert.
10pm: Curfew for non-staying guests. Big day tomorrow!
Saturday, June 18th
2pm: Doors open at the Clova Cinema in downtown Cloverdale.
2:30pm: Curtain rises and the Ceremony begins!
3:30pm(approx.): Ceremony concludes, guests asked to proceed to Springbrooke Retreat.
4:30pm: Champagne Toast at Springbrooke riverside. Pleasant conversation and Photo Opportunities to follow.
6pm: Dinner is served, Speeches are made. Wine and Beer are on the house.
8pm onward: Sentiments and Stories exchanged. Dance the night away!
Sunday, June 19th
11am: Pancake Brunch. A delicious breakfast buffet, complete with veggie/vegan options, will be available for all. Coffee, tea, and juice will be served and any leftover alcohol will be fair game, but otherwise please BYOB.
1pm: Brunch concludes, Festivities continue. Mimosas and Croquet encouraged.
